EnvironDesk sends alerts through the official WhatsApp Business API using approved message templates, so they arrive reliably and legitimately rather than from a personal number. Alerts fire on a 90/60/30/7-day ladder before any expiry and can go to your team, the factory owner, or both. Recipients can opt out at any time. WhatsApp alerts are included from the Professional plan upward.

EnvironDesk auto-fills Consent to Establish (CTE), Consent to Operate (CTO) and its renewal, Form-V annual environmental statement, Form-IV, and hazardous waste authorisation applications under the HOWM Rules 2016. Fields are populated from the factory's stored profile and each one shows the source it came from, so review is fast. Form auto-fill is available on the Business plan and above.

Each factory owner gets a read-only login showing their live compliance status, all current clearances with expiry dates, downloadable documents, and any actions pending from their side. They cannot see other clients or your internal notes, workflow or invoicing. On Business and Enterprise the portal carries your branding, not ours.

Yes, on the Enterprise plan. The REST API covers factories, compliances, documents and lab results, with webhooks for deadline and status events, so you can push data into your own dashboards, ERP or accounting system. API documentation and a sandbox key are provided during Enterprise onboarding.
